Delivery

Orders are delivered by La Poste to any address in Switzerland.


Shipping costs are free for all deliveries in Switzerland for orders over CHF 50.


Delivery delay

We promise to do everything possible to deliver you as soon as possible. The ordered products are delivered to the address you have provided to us by Swiss Post (Post Office) for envelopes and small parcels.

The delivery modes and delivery times are indicated on the order form. The delivery times announced are indicative average delivery times provided by our carriers. They start from receipt of your payment for payments by bank transfer.

In order to better satisfy you, amazing-paper.ch offers you the possibility of tracking the evolution of your deliveries online using online order tracking from your customer account - this possibility only concerns deliveries with tracking. If you have not received the goods within the deadlines indicated on the order tracking, please contact us through the "Contact us" menu, specifying the reference of the order.


Terms of delivery

The products are delivered in cardboard or bubble envelopes for small items, and in cardboard packages for small packages, bulky items or over a certain weight.

A shipping email is sent to the customer as soon as the products are sent. Upon delivery, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and to report the damages due to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to amazing-paper.ch.


Carrier Issues

Any anomaly concerning delivery (damage, missing product in relation to the delivery note, damaged package, broken product ...) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the signature of the customer. The latter must at the same time confirm this anomaly by sending to the carrier within two (2) working days of the date of delivery a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the said claims. The customer must send a copy of this letter by email or post to amazing-paper.ch / CLM Solutions SARL.


Delivery error

The customer must submit to amazing-paper.ch, on the same day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, any complaint concerning an error of delivery and / or non-conformity of products in kind or Quality in relation to the indications on the order form. Any claims made beyond this deadline will be rejected.

To formulate his complaint, the customer must connect to amazing-paper.ch and make his request through the "Contact us" menu, specifying the reference of the order. Any complaint not made in the rules defined above and within the deadlines will not be taken into account and will release amazing-paper.ch (CLM-Solutions SARL) from any liability towards the customer.

Upon receipt of the complaint, amazing-paper.ch will assign an exchange number of the product (s) concerned and communicate it by email to the customer. The exchange of a product can only take place after the allocation of the exchange number according to the procedure presented above. In case of error of delivery or exchange, any product to exchange or refund will have to be returned to amazing-paper.ch as a whole and its original packaging.


Refusal of goods

The customer must submit to aamazing-paper.ch, on the same day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following the delivery, any refusal of goods. Any claims made beyond this deadline will be rejected.

To formulate his complaint, the customer must connect to amazing-paper.ch and make his request through the "Contact us" menu, specifying the reference of the order. Any complaint not made in the rules defined above and in the time allowed can not be taken into account and will release amazing-paper.ch (CLM-Soltuions SARL) from any liability towards the customer.

Upon receipt of the complaint, amazing-paper.ch will assign a return number of the goods concerned and communicate it by email to the customer. The return can only take place after the return number has been assigned according to the above procedure. The goods must be returned to amazing-paper.ch in the original packaging.

Return expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Amazing-paper.ch reserves the right to charge an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the goods in case of non-compliance with the above rules.

Only the French version has a legal value.
